Requirements to Join DMLS
Please have your North Carolina Real Estate License Number with you to proceed.
If you have been a member of any REALTOR® Association before, please also have your NRDS number

If you are applying as a New Participant, please make sure you establish your New Firm with your REALTOR’s Association before applying through Doorify MLS.
WAIVERS
Use the following form to waive MLS fees if you subscribe to another MLS.
DMLS provides participants with the option of waiving fees, dues, and charges for certain licensees or licensed or certified appraisers affiliated with the participant as described in the DMLS Rules and Regulations.
Use the following form if an individual has affiliated their real estate or appraisers license with an active Doorify MLS, Inc. Participant and is a REALTOR®, The individual may be waived from the subscription requirements established by the Doorify MLS, (“DMLS”) Inc. by-laws and rules and regulations under one of the following conditions:
1. Property Managers who do not list or sell any residential real estate
2. Licensees who only list, sell, lease or manage commercial and/or industrial properties
3. Licensees working as Administrative Assistants/Clerical Employees

Please note that to be a Subscriber to Doorify MLS any licensed real estate professional, including appraisers, must be a Realtor member in good standing at any North Carolina Realtors association.
A Letter of Good Standing may be requested as proof the Subscriber is an NC Realtor.
